Vinyasa Flow Class
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga practice that begins with a gentle warmup to prepare the body. It combines a sequence of standing poses with deep stretches performed on the floor, promoting strength, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement and breath.
Hatha Class and Meditation
Hatha yoga is a slower-paced practice that emphasises a variety of poses and mindful movement, making it accessible for all levels. Unlike faster styles, it does not include chaturanga pushups, focusing instead on gradual stretching and alignment. Paired with mindfulness meditation, it encourages deep presence and gentle awareness through opening or closing guided meditation sessions that help center the mind and relax the body.
